CareerRivet started as one job seeker's own system. The problems were ordinary and frustrating: good roles hide on company career pages under odd titles, applications get tracked across spreadsheets, email threads and memory, and nobody can answer the simplest question - which resume version went to which company, and what happened after.
The tools that promise to help often make it worse. Some resume tools invent metrics and experience you never had, which falls apart in the first interview. Some trackers lose your data when you cancel. Some scores are magic numbers nobody can explain.
What we believe
- Tailor honestly. A resume that cannot invent facts is worth more than one that sounds impressive. CareerRivet's tailoring is evidence-locked: it works only from your verified facts, and every change is a diff you can undo.
- Track every step. One board for every application, from first contact to offer, with the job snapshot, the resume version and the real outcome kept together.
- Stay in control. Your workspace is isolated at the database level, you can export everything at any time, and cancel keeps your access until the period you paid for ends.
Where we are
CareerRivet is in early access. The product is still being built, sign-in is currently limited to approved testers, and the feature list is exactly what exists today - nothing more. Early members get launch pricing that may rise for new members later.
